The Florida Department of Health Jackson County (DOH-Jackson) is able to assist you with obtaining immediate Medicaid IF you are qualified. This applies only to pregnant women. To determine if you are eligible, you must come to DOH-Jackson with photo identification and complete an application on site.
Your application will be processed and you will obtain immediate notification of program acceptance or denial. Appointments are preferred but not required.
