The Social Services Division of the Florida Department of Health in Jackson County is commonly known as the outreach section of the facility. This Division facilitates the Aids Drug Assistance Program (ADAP), Jackson Tobacco Prevention Program, and Community Health Initiatives and Support.
It is our goal to provide the needed support to our county residents and visitors that assure good health outcomes for all.
